Harriet Muncaster’s I am a Witch’s Cat is a sweet mother-and-daughter story with a witchy Halloween twist. What shines brightest are the illustrations. Each page is a combination drawing set within a multimedia scene. It is like a charming diorama within each page and breathes life into this story of a little girl’s loving enthusiasm for her mom--who may or may not be a witch. A good witch, but probably a witch.
