When Pip stands up to the Scary Thing, the little rabbit learns that perhaps the things that frighten him are not so scary after all. Although I liked the overall message about bravery in this tale, the story itself was less immediately appealing than some of Debi Gliori’s other works. However, her artwork is as luscious as ever, with vibrant, light-filled images jumping off each page.
