The Undersea Treasure Hunt: Find The Treasure With Little Fish And Friends!
by Sue Harris, illustrated by Stephanie Boey
ages 4-8 20 pages Chronicle March 2005 Lift-the-flap

In this beautifully illustrated lift-the-flap book, children are invited to join Little Fish and friends as they search for treasure deep in the sea. Guided by poetic prose, Little Fish, Dolphin, and their swimming pals hunt trough sea anemones, caves, and coral, catching glimpses of what they hope is buried treasure.

Children of all ages will delight in the vivid illustrations and colorful characters, though the undersea vocabulary may be difficult for anyone under the age of 9 or 10. The descriptions of the ocean ecosystem will entertain and inform. Turtles, clown fish, and sea horses, even a shark are just a few of the species present.

The Undersea Treasure Hunt won’t disappoint
