Baby Nose to Baby Toes is a board book that showcases the similarities between babies and animals. The book provides a side-by-side comparison of these commonalities through the use of some basic text and photographs of them engaging in comparable behavior.
Both have heads and eyes from which they can see, and while a crying baby may howl, a lion cub will growl. Babies have growing legs that may show some crinkles, just like the wrinkles one might notice on the back of the legs of an elephant. Babies have toes that wiggle, just like the paws of other furry friends, and a thumb-sucking toddler can certainly hold her own alongside a monkey doing the same.
The simple themes and striking photographs in Baby Nose to Baby Toes make it a great tool to introduce little ones to babies and animals and the characteristics they share.
