Camille loves to build sand forts at the beach - but it is hard to build a big fort alone. Camille and her buddies make a plan to work together so they can get more done and have more fun.
Once they decide to join together, the children form a plan. While one person collects sand, another digs a moat and a third starts on the walls. Through cooperation, the friends soon have created a really large and cool-looking sand fort.
Part of a series of book that teaches young children school readiness and basic life skills, this little paperback uses a simple story to emphasize the importance of learning to cooperate with others to get something done.
