Ages 3-6 10 pages Disney Press February 2010 Board book

This latest adventure in the “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” series finds Mickey and his friends visiting Star Lake. When they arrive, the friends all notice that something is wrong with the lake. The wild ducks are gone, and they don't see any fish swimming in the murky water.

It doesn't take Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy long to figure out the problem. The lake is polluted by trash, and there's lots of garbage on the shore, too. The Clubhouse buddies immediately tackle the problem by cleaning up the mess, and when they are finished, guess what? Of course, the lake looks better. The fish are happier and the wild ducks return.

This board book comes with a reusable tote bag that youngsters can use for all sorts of tasks. Obviously, Mickey would like to see the child use the bag to collect trash whenever the youngster goes to the park or for a walk around the neighborhood, but there are many other good uses for the tote as well.
