Meet a delightful new animal odd couple. Mister Bud pretty much has things his way and operates by a strict schedule. From wake-up and walks to nap time and dinner, everything adheres to the agenda. That’s the way it is, and that’s the way Mister Bud likes it.
Then Mister Bud’s owner introduces a new pooch, Zorro, to the household. Not good! The two dogs want nothing to do with one another; this could turn into a very ugly situation.
Fortunately, it doesn’t take the two adversaries long to realize that they are both creatures of habit - in fact, they both follow the same schedule. Odd, yes, but also quite convenient.
Suddenly walks are more fun. Nap time is more comfortable, and movie time is more exciting. Sharing with another turns out to be a rather nice experience so, naturally, Zorro and Mister Bud become the best of friends.
Your child will love the masterful illustrations of this zany duo. The playful text is fun to read aloud and the message Say Hello to Zorro delivers is an important one. Often sharing experiences with another can be a lot of fun - provided, of course, that you like the same things and adhere strictly to the identical schedule!
