This pocket-sized Bright and Early board book is a shortened version of the journey into imagination where Oh, the Thinks You Can Think! earned its reputation as a Seuss classic.
Where reality is front and center, one can think of colors like pink and red, hear chirping birds, ponder the amount of water fifty-five elephants can drink, or imagine what stairs look like in the evening. At the point where reality is suspended, one can envision a beautiful schlopp with a cherry on top, a night in a Na-Nupp, or a Vipper of Vipp.
The size of this board book does nothing to take away from the larger-than-life images and text that makes anything Dr. Suess such an integral part of the early reading years. Oh, the Thinks You Can Think! should be introduced into every child’s library, and the smaller version (in size and in text) provides the opportunity to make this introduction at an earlier age.
