With 18 short stories featuring the Toy Story gang, this is an ideal read-aloud book for preschoolers which can eventually become a “read it yourself” volume for the older child.
Given the popularity of the Toy Story movies, it’s doubtful that your child will become tired of reading these stories or looking at the more than 250 color illustrations that accompany them.
While some of the narratives are reworked from the films, others are original. A sampling of the titles includes Woody’s Quest for a Date, The Best Hat in the West, Toys That Go Bump in the Night and A Roaring Field Trip.
It’s nice to see an anthology of stories like this since this format isn’t as common as it once was. At under $20, the price is also a bargain .You definitely get a lot of bang for your buck here!
