The text and pictures reflect the simplicity of books for the youngest readers, introducing them to four types of dinosaurs. What makes this book unique is the fact that along with the illustration of each species, toddlers will be able to see a second partially hidden dinosaur peeking out and just begging to be pulled into full view. The only potential problem with this format is that the partially- exposed dinosaurs will prevent the book from being neatly tucked away on a bookshelf among other board books of its size.
