Noodle Loves the Farm

Ages 1-3 10 pages Nosy Crow January 2013 Board book

Meet Noodle, a little panda who loves exploring his world in this touch-and-feel board book for children one and older. On his latest adventure, Noodle visits a farm where he pets the animals and learns the noises they make. The fun actually begins on the book’s cover, where a little pink pig invites the reader to feel his leathery hide.

Next up is a brown horse with a soft mane and tail and some sheep with nice white wool. Noodle loves the cat, too, and can’t resist petting the gray fur on the kitty’s back. There are some chickens too with orange feathers.

The biggest surprise of all is on the final page, where the little panda discovers a pond. If you look into the water, a big surprise awaits you!

Providing tactile fun for a very young child, this picture book combines common farm animals and scenes with the pleasure of feeling the different textures associated with different types of fur, feathers and skin. You’ll have plenty to see as you visit the farm with Noodle as your guide.
