The active bunny in this book moves through the diecut holes on each page to explore his surroundings.
As children move his Bambi-colored body along the orange string that is attached to the front and the back of the book, they are learning fine motor skills and prepositions such as between, over, under, through and into.
After the bunny plays in the garden and chases the butterflies, he is reunited with the dad who was missing him. The words in the title of this book are repeated several times throughout the story. There are a variety of learning opportunities on each page. As they focus their attention on the digital illustrations, children can name the color of the flowers, count the rocks and carrots, name the animals, and find all the acorns.
Pair this book with Run, Run Piglet because children will likely not tire of playing with these type of books.
